WELNIS SERVICES LIMITED is a logistics service company. We help our partners achieve complex supply chain solutions on a national and regional scale, by providing specialized logistics services, cargo transportation, distribution and supply chain management services in Kenya and in East and Central Africa. 

Welnis has established efficient and effective partnerships by ensuring better utilization of assets; through the combination of our 3 performance pillars: A skilled Operations Team, Advanced Technology and Incomparable Customer Service. Welnis operates a fleet of 50 trucks within Kenya and We are committed to on-time delivery.

MISSION: Our business philosophy is to constantly exceed expectations of our clients by attaining a standard of excellence in transporting goods. We always endeavor to transport goods timely, safely and in a cost-effective manner and understand our client requirements. Through understanding our clients’ requirements and business operations we become partners and not only transporters of goods.

  • We always select drivers and staff with great care and ensure that they are legally qualified to drive the various category vehicles and possess the necessary passenger and goods transportation permits.
  • Our drivers are not only trained to operate the required classes of vehicles but also to understand the importance of customer service and implications thereof on our To this end we ensure that our drivers regularly receive training, amongst others, in attitude and behavior training, driver development training and customer relation.

Our fleet

  • We operate a fleet of newly acquired vehicles.
  • Our vehicles are serviced regularly to minimize or eliminate unnecessary break-downs.
  • Our vehicles are always insured against theft and accidents.
  • We are in a position to immediately provide replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns.
  • Our vehicles are fitted with real-time tracking devices which enable us to locate them at any point in time.
